Parents’ Kindness Is as Deep as the Sea親恩深似海
A handwritten hymn dated 1985, with words and music by David Tsang. Its three stanzas bring together parents, children, prayer and everyday care.
曾大衛作詞、作曲的手寫詩歌樂譜，署有一九八五年。三節歌詞寫父母與兒女在信仰中的引領、祈禱與日常照顧。

父領子隨走窄路，與主同行至天府，
自古善物非銀買……A father leads, a child follows, and they walk the narrow road;
together with the Lord as far as heaven’s court.
Since ancient times, what is good was never bought with silver …
Two — newly recovered二・新近辨讀
慈母主前傾心語，兒女日後愛主心，
每日切切為之求……A tender mother pours out her heart before the Lord;
that her children will love the Lord in the days to come
she asks, earnestly, every day …
The closing lines of these two stanzas are not yet transcribed: in the final system the three verses stop matching in length and the reading will not settle. The third stanza below is unaffected. One character there is also worth checking — this page has 晨昏侍, to attend on parents morning and night, while the score may read 待.

About this score and translation樂譜與譯文說明
The family’s complete one-page scan bears the credit “Words and music by David Tsang” and the handwritten year 1985. The reading text here includes the third stanza and its separately written second ending. One character in the first stanza remains unclear, so a complete lyric transcription is not presented here. The English is a reading translation, not a singable arrangement. The original musical notation remains in the score.
