人生必遇患難，如同火星飛騰，在一切困難中，
要看見主，看見他，看見他，
看見他，我已經找到得勝的
秘訣，就是看見救主耶穌。In life we must encounter trouble, just as sparks fly upward. Amid every difficulty,
we must see the Lord—see him, see him,
see him. I have found the secret of victory:
it is to see Jesus the Savior.
Stanza 2第二節
我要把我的重擔卸給耶和華，不要自己背負，
要信靠主，信靠他，信靠他，
信靠他，我已經找到得勝的
秘訣，就是信靠救主耶穌。I will cast my burden on Jehovah, rather than bear it myself.
We must trust the Lord—trust him, trust him,
trust him. I have found the secret of victory:
it is to trust Jesus the Savior.
Stanza 3第三節
當我無力手下垂，疲乏腳發酸，趕快跪下禱告，
要讚美主，讚美他，讚美他，
讚美他，我已經找到得勝的
秘訣，就是讚美救主耶穌。When I am weak and my hands hang down, weary and my feet ache, I must quickly kneel and pray.
We must praise the Lord—praise him, praise him,
praise him. I have found the secret of victory:
it is to praise Jesus the Savior.

Each stanza preserves all three written repetitions of “see him,” “trust him” or “praise him.” The third stanza reads 手下垂. English is a reading translation, not a metrical version for singing. Musical notation remains in the original score.
