Cross Five Passes and Slay Six Generals過五關斬六將

The archive filename supplies this title, but this is a distinct partial manuscript, separate from What Pilgrims Must Know. This edition includes every surviving text unit in the file: its contents and three components, “Cross Five Passes and Slay Six Generals,” “Accomplished in Both Civil and Martial Arts, One Will Surely Win in Battle,” and “With Masterful Swordsmanship, All Opposition Falls Away.” Five forewords, an author’s preface, six further topics and a spiritual-leadership topic are listed in the contents but their bodies are absent from this file. Their headings are retained; no other manuscript has been inserted to complete this one. All available Chinese text and its English translation were independently compared. His existing English is preserved. The source’s own references and claims remain, with separate translation notes.

書名沿用檔案名稱；此為另一份未完整留存的手稿，與《天路客須知》分開收錄。本版包括此檔案留存的全部文字：目錄，以及〈過五關斬六將〉、〈文武全才戰必勝〉、〈劍術純青向披靡〉三篇。目錄另列五篇序文、自序、六項其他課題及屬靈領袖課題，但此檔案未收其正文。目錄題目均予保留，未以其他手稿補成完整著作。全部現存中文與英譯均經逐段獨立審校；他原有的英文照錄。原稿的經文出處及敘述予以保留，英譯另附說明。
